TOPS sizes are Micro or EXTREME Micro (shown in photo). EXTREME Micro top is about 3" tall. This will cover where it counts, but not much more! Micro top is about 4 inches tall. Clear elastic straps are doubled for extra strength. 
BOTTOMS are available in 5 sizes from XS to XL. The difference in the bottom sizes is mostly how high it comes up in the front under your belly button.
If you want a LOW DIP, order XS. If you want it up closer to your belly button, order a EDIUM or a LARGE. If you really want coverage, order the XL. 

Clear elastic straps are left long and you can knot it exactly where you want it on your waist yourself.
